At Optimize Our Mission is Simple:

To treat the whole person—not just the diagnosis.

I know firsthand how frustrating it feels to be dismissed or misunderstood by healthcare providers. I’ve been on both sides—first as a patient searching for answers, and later as a clinician asked to treat multiple patients (3 to be exact!) at the same time. That experience shaped everything about how Optimize was built.

Hi there!
I'm Dr. Bri

Certified Lymphedema & Pelvic Floor Therapist who believes healing starts with being heard.

Here, you are never rushed. You are not minimized. You'll always leave knowing your body got the time and attention it deserves.

Why? Because this work is personal to me. With a family history of lipedema, I have seen the struggles with pain, weight changes, easy bruising, and that constant feeling of being “off” repeatedly ignored or dismissed. I’ve also fallen through the cracks myself with pelvic floor dysfunction, where I was offered birth control as the only solution instead of real answers.

Everyone has a story, and true healing can’t happen unless we meet your body exactly where it is.

Chronic inflammation = Chronic disease!

With advanced training in pelvic floor health and lymphatic therapy, I provide care that respects your individuality and supports real, lasting healing. I also believe deeply in preventive care, especially when it comes to the lymphatic system. You shouldn’t have to wait until pain, swelling, or dysfunction becomes chronic to seek specialized support.

Your experience and whole body health truly matter to me. I take the time to  listen, understand the why behind your symptoms, and connect the dots between systems in your body. Every treatment is personalized and hands-on, tailored to your unique needs—so you know you're never getting a one-size-fits-all approach.

Dr. Bri -

When I’m not working to expand access to lymphatic and pelvic care, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my pups, Sasha the Husky and Butters the lab. I love hiking in new places, doing hot yoga, and weight training. I am currently trying to learn more about herbal at-home medicines and starting a garden for that. I am also trying to hone in on my sourdough skills and move on to canning what hopefully grows in the currently non-existent garden! I enjoy reading research articles in my specialty areas, but I also unwind with a good fictional suspense novel. In the future, I aim to attend more seminars on fat and lymphatic disorders , start a family, and see as many National Parks as I can.

Pelvic Floor Therapist

Why the name “Optimize”?

When I worked in the hospital system, “optimize” was the buzzword in every staff meeting — but it was always about optimizing charges, not optimizing patient care.

Meanwhile, my schedule was double and sometimes triple booked. Patients weren’t getting the time, attention, or quality of care they deserved, and I knew I could do more for them than the system allowed.

So when I launched my own practice in 2024, I took that word back.

At Optimize, the focus isn’t on maximizing billing codes — it’s on maximizing your health, your function, and your overall wellbeing.

So, maybe it's a little bit of a sass-back to the system, but it’s also a promise that when you work with me, you’re choosing to optimize your body and not someone else’s bottom line.

And starting August 2026...

Optimize expanded care and accessibility to include  Elisa Travis, pelvic floor physical therapist and pregnancy and postpartum corrective exercise specialist!

Pregnancy and motherhood transform your body in incredible ways—but they can also leave you with questions, discomfort, and challenges you never expected.
As both a pelvic floor physical therapist with more than 30 years of experience and a mother of nine, I've experienced the physical demands of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery myself. I know what it's like to care for everyone else while trying to heal your own body.
My goal is to help you feel strong, confident, and supported through every stage—from preparing your body for delivery to recovering after birth and returning to the activities you love.

Let's Heal Together

You are not just another patient.

Every pregnancy is different.

Every birth story is different.

Every family unit is different.

So your preparation and recovery should also be different, induividualized to you and where you are.

What I want every mom to know:

✔ Your body deserves more than six weeks to heal.

✔ Pelvic pain, leaking, and pressure are common—but they are treatable.

✔ Preparing your pelvic floor during pregnancy can make a difference.

✔ Recovery isn't just about getting through postpartum—it's about thriving afterwards.

Certified  Pelvic Floor Therapist who believes in protecting your floor during pregnancy and beyond.

Hi there!
I'm Elisa!

and trust me I have been there!

As a mom of nine and grandmother of nine, I understand firsthand how pregnancy and childbirth change your body.

Endometriosis had me in constant pelvic pain, and I didn’t realize how much my pelvic floor was contributing until seeing Dr. Bri. Her internal work, breathing retraining, and gentle manual therapy eased pain I’ve lived with for years. She truly understands endo patients and how sensitive our bodies can be.”

-Racheal

I started seeing Dr. Bri during my second trimester for pubic symphysis and low back pain. She taught me how to move, sleep, and lift without triggering pain. Her hands-on work gave immediate relief, and the exercises were realistic for pregnancy. She made me feel comfortable every step of the way.”

-S.W.

"Elisa is wonderful to work with! She is able to make patients/clients comfortable enough to address issues that can be, by nature, uncomfortable. Working with her in preparation for my third birth experience definitely made a difference, and I was able to "bounce back" faster than my previous two. The sooner you do this important work, the more time you will have to enjoy better function, and Elisa is your must-have guide!"

-Ruthie

After having my baby, I had leaking, pressure, and didn’t feel like myself. Dr. Bri helped me reconnect to my core and pelvic floor in a way that felt safe and gentle. She never rushed me and always validated how hard postpartum can be. I finally feel strong again.”

-Emma

“I didn’t realize how swollen and tender my chest would feel after my breast cancer surgery. Brianne helped with lymphatic drainage that eased the pressure and made me so much more comfortable. She also taught me scar care and posture tips. She’s amazing. Every cancer survivor should be referred to her.”

-Emily

“I’ve struggled with constipation for years, and no one ever checked my pelvic floor. Dr. Bri identified tightness and taught me techniques to relax and coordinate my muscles. She also used some massage to help move things along. I left every session needing to go and feeling regular!!! My bowel movements are finally regular again and that has helped my daily life tremendously.”

-Sam

“I came to Dr. Bri after years of being dismissed about my legs. For the first time, someone actually understood lipedema and how it affects pain, swelling, and mobility. Her lymphatic work helped my heaviness so much, and she taught me how to choose compression that actually fits my body. I wish I found her sooner.”

-Dana

“I came to Brianne for lymphatic and pelvic floor work due to chronic inflammation and what I think is the beginning of autoimmune arthritis which runs in my family. Her approach is unlike anything I’ve tried. My bloating, swelling, and pain have all improved, and I finally feel like someone understands how everything connects. I wish I could have sent my family to her before their diagnosis!”

-Ruthie

"After just a few sessions with Elisa I understood so much more about how my body is shaped, and what positions I could deliver in. Our sessions helped give me the confidence to have an unmedicated birth, and a great deal of knowledge about how my body would recover. In this, my third pregnancy and birth, I felt like I finally know what I should have know all along thanks to Elisa."

-Shev

"I struggled with chronic pelvic-floor pain and Vaginismus for years. I had a traumatic experience at the gynecologist in my early 20s and dreaded going to exams or checkups. During my first visits with Elisa, she was patient and non-judgmental. Through our time working together she assisted with recognizing a chronic condition called Vestibulodynia, which was confirmed by an OB specializing in vulvar pain. Elisa’s experience, vast knowledge base, and patience helped me to trust in her and my own body again."
